Descrição da Função

As an General Manager (GM) at Arctic Juice & Cafe you will be a key leader responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of your location and/or assigned area. You will play a vital role in driving operational excellence, ensuring consistent customer experiences, achieving financial targets, and developing a strong and motivated team. This position reports directly to the operations head or a higher management level. As a GM at Arctic Juice & Cafe you have a very specific responsibility to oversee the business unit, and be the principal face of the company, and number one ambassador.

Perfil do Candidato

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in multi-unit management or regional management, in the food and beverage industry or hospitality sector.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with a track record of achieving results through others.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a global perspective.
• Flexibility to travel regularly within the assigned area and occasionally internationally.
