YOUR NEW ROLE

As the General Manager, you will:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and profitability.
• Align and coordinate all local departments to ensure consistency and achieve target results.
• Forecast and develop annual sales quotas, ensuring prices align with market trends.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
• Monitor KPIs and metrics to evaluate performance and identify improvement areas.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with shareholders, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Effectively communicate the company's vision, goals, and strategies.
• Develop action plans to recover from major business/operation issues.
• Lead and coordinate organisational changes smoothly.
• Ensure group guidelines align with local laws, cultures, and specificities.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED 

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Relevant professional experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational context.
• Proven management experience in similar activities.
• Proficiency in English and a second language.
• A degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Management or related.
• Strong skills in strategic thinking, business development, leadership, decision-making, financial acumen, problem-solving, communication, team building, change management, organisation & process design, negotiation, and ethical conduct.
