We are looking for our client in the financial sector to hire a Functional Architect / Techno-Functional Profile with strong knowledge of financial markets and risk management. This role is strategic and combines functional vision, pitch preparation and the ability to imagine future solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze the market, gather requirements, and interview clients
• Ask strategic questions to prepare the next 3-5 years roadmap
• Translate business needs into structured functional solutions
• Support MOA teams and align with IT teams
• Contribute to BAU activities (trading, clearing, settlement)
• Work closely with technical teams (Java / Architecture)
• Financial risk management watching (market, counterparty, SPAN/VaR )
• Prepare PowerPoints, functional sheets, pitches, and presentations

Required Hard Skills

• Senior profile with experience in financial / capital markets sectors.
• Hands-on knowledge of risk management
• Technical background sufficient to interact with architects (with Java)
• Post-trade experience : trading, clearing, settlement, CCP, CSD (is a plus)
• Ability to create clear documentation and structured presentations
• Experience in designing functional solutions

Soft Skills

• Fully autonomous (minimal onboarding)
• Strong communication and structured thinking
• Investigative mindset, synthesis, and product vision

Línguas

• Fluent English (mandatory)
• Portuguese is a plus
• French is highly valued
