Full-Stack Engineer - Talent Pool

Tired of applying to dozens of roles and hearing nothing back? We're flipping the script. Screener applies for you and lets you know when an interview is secured.

We're building a Full-Stack Engineering talent pool for product-driven teams hiring right now. These are hands-on roles where you'll work across both backend and frontend to build scalable, user-facing systems.

What this is:

• One application. If you're a fit, we'll book a short intro call
• If a company wants to interview you, you pay to unlock it
• We manage all the application processes for you so that you can focus on the important part - getting hired

What we're looking for:

• Solid experience in both backend and frontend development (5+ years)
• Skilled with modern FE frameworks like React, Svelte, Vue, or Angular
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs or GraphQL
• Familiar with backend environments using Node.js, Python, Go, or Java
• Comfort with CI/CD, automated testing, and scalable deployment
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, GCP (Cloud Run, Firebase), or Azure
• Bonus: experience with monitoring, observability tools, or mentoring engineers
• Clean code, git fluency, and a proactive mindset
