We have 350 employees in Paris and Lyon. As part of our international development, we are looking for a Frontend Team Lead for our new office in Lisbon, to lead a small team focused on a brand-new user onboarding application.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

At Bedrock, we're looking for a Frontend Team Lead to manage and supervise a small, dedicated frontend team in our Lisbon office. This team will be instrumental in developing a crucial new user onboarding application, focusing on core functionalities like login and registration. You'll be at the forefront of shaping the user's initial experience with our platforms.

As a Team Lead, Frontend, you'll:

• Manage, motivate, and develop the skills of your frontend team on a day-to-day basis.
• Oversee all team members and their projects in alignment with the company's objectives and strategic direction, including roadmap maintenance, priority management, and close collaboration with Discovery/Delivery teams.
• Prioritize projects and coordinate their execution within the team.
• Be responsible for deploying the strategic roadmap for the onboarding application, from design to production.
• Monitor objectives and projects, identifying and securing the resources needed for successful delivery.
• Continuously work on optimizing processes to enhance team efficiency and speed.
• Support, unite, and motivate your team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Increase the visibility and impact of your team's contributions within the organization.
• Contribute to the development of team members and manage people-related matters effectively.
• Work within the Web service, collaborating with other team leads, and generally contribute to the development of the service.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Expertise in the Frontend Technical Scope: A strong background in frontend development, ideally with experience in React.js, Typescript, Node.js, and CSS, and a solid track record of developing high-quality, scalable applications.
• Experience in Team Management: Proven experience in leading and managing a technical team, with a focus on motivation, skill development, and project delivery.
• Proficiency in Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively, prioritize tasks, and coordinate efforts to meet deadlines and strategic objectives.
• Strong Leadership Skills: The ability to inspire, guide, and empower your team to achieve their full potential.
• People Management Acumen: A keen understanding of how to manage people-related issues, foster a positive team dynamic, and contribute to individual growth.
