As a Front-End Developer in the iGaming industry, you will play an important role in ensuring the quality of our products with regard to the user's interface and experience.
Your role involves participating, along with the Management teams, in activities related to the development, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the products we develop.
Taking the macro view, you should be able to make decisions to enhance product interest, in addition to maintaining active and constructive communication with the brands that use our software and the service providers we use.
Responsibilities
Development of Interfaces:
- Develop high-quality user interfaces using React.js/Next.js, ensuring usability and design elegance.
- Use TypeScript to write clean, modular, and highly testable code, ensuring code maintenance and scalability.
Collaboration with Product Development and Back-End Teams:
- Work closely with the Product Development and Back-End teams to translate business requirements into viable and effective technical solutions.
- Implement and integrate RESTful APIs.
Ensure the quality and security of developed products and their users:
- Implement and enhance security measures, including JSON Web Token (JWT) based authentication, to protect data integrity and user security.
- Optimise Front-End performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks that compromise user experience.
Code Reviews and Improvements:
- Actively participate in code reviews to improve processes, elevate code quality, and enhance development efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience and familiarity with TypeScript and React.js/Next.js.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a solid understanding of responsive design principles and good UX/UI practices.
- Familiarity with web application development using RESTful APIs and JSON data manipulation.
- Experience with and usage of JSON Web Tokens (JWT) for authentication and authorisation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
- Experience with creating and managing tickets (familiarity with management tools like Jira is a plus).
- Ability to understand, communicate, and resolve customer issues.
- Availability to work 8-hours, coordinating with different teams within the company according to project needs and customer activity.
- Preferably, an academic background in IT related degrees.
