Your New Role
As a Frontend
Cloud Developer, you will support the business as the first line of contact.
You will create, optimise, and enhance the interfaces as well as fix upcoming
issues. You will collaborate with relevant stakeholders to find sustainable
solutions to connect our IT systems, perform root cause analysis, and find
solutions with the support of strong IT colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Build and improve the
front-end of applications/features with appealing visual design using
ReactJS, Tailwind/CSS based on our design-system.
- Create mockups and
prototypes for the suggested solution and rapidly iterate based on
feedback from users and the team.
- Ability to create
prototypes with Figma (or similar design tools).
- Create fast and secure
data-handling with GraphQL, REST, and WS/AWS AppSync.
- Help set up deployment
pipelines for your code with integrated testing.
- Test software to ensure
responsiveness and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and
upgrade software.
- Work with development
teams and product managers to ideate software solutions.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- University degree in
Computer Sciences or similar.
- 3+ years of work
experience and practical experience in frontend development.
- Experience with creating
mockups and documentation based on user stories and feature descriptions.
- Ideally, hands-on
experience with server-less solutions in AWS to build web applications.
- Experience with streaming
technologies is a plus.
- Dedicated and reliable
team player with a hands-on attitude.
- Fluent English skills
since we are an international team.
- Knowledge of frontend
development: TypeScript, React, Tailwind.
- Familiarity with
authentication models: oAuth, Cognito.
- In-depth understanding of
software engineering cycles, principles, and versioning (GitHub,
deployment).
