Job Description Team Leader

We are looking for a Team Leader to join a dynamic project in Lisbon. This role is essential in managing and inspiring teams, ensuring performance, motivation, and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support a team of agents
• Monitor individual and team performance
• Ensure the achievement of operational targets and quality KPIs
• Conduct team meetings and regular follow-up sessions
• Identify training and coaching needs
• Act as the main point of contact between the team and management

Profile We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor (a plus)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong ability to motivate, organize, and prioritize
• Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and proactivity
• Results-driven with a strong focus on service quality
