You will be responsible for payroll and social matters for our two companies. This management will be done in pairs for a total volume of approximately seven hundred and fifty semi-outsourced payrolls.

Description

• You will work closely with the HR department based in Lyon.
• You will have the opportunity to join a nice, dynamic, and operational team.
• You will follow and ensure the production and reliability of payroll within your scope in accordance with procedures and deadlines.
• You will verify variable elements, monitor employee entries and exits, conduct consistency checks, and address any anomalies as needed.
• You will verify social and tax declarations and manage relationships with external agencies.
• You will have the ability to propose areas for improvement in processes, digitalization, or productivity.
• You will produce periodic activity reports.

Profile

• 3/4 years of experience in French payroll processing (ideally in the industrial sector).
• Fluent or Native in French (mandatory).
• You have analytical and synthesis skills, you are autonomous, and proactive.
• You are known for your commitment and discretion.
• Ideally, you have a good level of English (international environment).
