? Your main responsibilities:

Handle travel requests via phone, email or chat in a professional, empathetic manner;

? Book, change, cancel or reissue travel services (flights, hotels, trains, car rental) using GDS;

Provide clear information and guidance to clients - answering questions and resolving issues;

? Troubleshoot problems proactively and find alternative travel solutions when plans change;

Ensure a smooth and stress-free experience, even in urgent or complex situations.

You're the right fit if you have:

Previous experience in business travel (mandatory);

Proficiency in Amadeus, Sabre or Travelport (essential);

Willingness to grow & learn new tools;

Fluency in French and English (Spanish is a plus);

You're autonomous, detail-oriented, and obsessed with excellent service.
