Freelance Translator (Native Portuguese Portugal, Fluent in German) with expertise in the Automotive field.

About this opportunity:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Freelance Translator with native-level proficiency in Portuguese Portugal, fluency in German and experience in the Automotive industry. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with big clients and contribute to exciting projects.

Responsibilities:

o Translate complex documents from German to Portuguese Portugal and vice versa.

o Ensuring accuracy and maintaining the intended meaning of the original content.

o Collaborate with the project team to ensure deadlines are met and project objectives are archived.

Requirements:

o Native-level proficiency in Portuguese Portugal and fluency in German.

o Fluency in English

o Based in Portugal

o Professional translation experience in the Automotive industry.

o A degree in Translation or equivalent experience and training

o Excellent communication and writing skills

o Experience with CAT tools (especially Trados)

o Able to issue invoices
