The company where you will be working

You will be a part of the Hays tech team working for an Art Collective that uses culture as a vehicle for changing companies and people.

Your Tasks:

• Planning, coordinate and monitoring the implementation plan of the UD UIX optimization website project, with budget, timelines and workplans
• Coordinate the website store and sales dedicated pages with unit’s project leaders and provide the best solutions for its implementation.
• Point of contact with developer, ensuring the management and follow up of the workflow accordingly the schedules and priorities set and resolution of website problems
• Monitor and review data and analytics tools, providing reports to assist marketing and paid social media plans, SEO, Keyword Research, Google Analytics

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Knowledge of the art market with an understanding of the commercial needs of galleries, artists and collectors is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize and focus on multiple tasks
• Capability of using Shopify, MS Excel and databases
• Enthusiastic and proactive attitude
• Responsive and flexible to a fast-paced workplace
• Education: Degree in Marketing and Sales, Business Studies, or proven experience
• Languages: Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal. French knowledge is a plus.
• Qualifications and experience: 5 years of relevant experience, understanding of the e-commerce landscape and tools, with strong results-orientation and communication skills
