• The FP&A Controller will play an integral role in providing financial analysis and strategic insights to support decision-making within the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of financial services and accounting principles, combined with excellent analytical skills.

Description

• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across the organization;
• Monitor actuals against budget and forecast/outlook, providing variance analysis;
• Conduct financial and liquidity planning, ensuring alignment with organizational goals;
• Act as a trusted financial advisor to stakeholders, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making;
• Improve processes to deliver faster, high-quality data and analysis;
• Build trust and alignment across the organization to enhance acceptance of financial insights;
• Analyze P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and key performance indicators (KPIs);
• Provide monthly and quarterly variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast);
• Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership;
• Drive automation and enhancement of budgeting, forecasting, and reporting workflows;
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity across financial systems;
• Fully proficient in management reporting and familiar with BI tools and OneStream (a plus);
• Operate as a self-leader, managing priorities independently;
• Demonstrate accountability, urgency, and resilience in facing challenges.

Profile

• 6-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in multinational organizations;
• Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner supporting multiple functions;
• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field;
• Advanced Excel skills; exposure to BI tools and OneStream is a strong asset;
• Fully fluent in English;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset;
• Ability to simplify complex financial topics for non-financial stakeholders;
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
