What You'll Do:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
• Partner with business units to support strategic initiatives and improve operational efficiency
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and KPIs to simplify complex data for decision-making
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses, scenario planning, and business cases to guide growth and investments

What We're Looking For:

• 2-3 years of FP&A experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or environmental services
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
• Fluent in English (written and verbal) - mandatory for this role
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to translate complex financial data into clear insights
• Soft skills: collaborative, proactive, adaptable, and able to build strong cross-functional relationships
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
