The company you're going to work at: 

Our client is a multinational company focus on Cash Management Solutions for their clients.

They have several solutions in this field around the world and they´re looking for a launch team based in Lisbon in order to build their second Global Shared Services (Europe Scope) that will be placed in Lisbon, Portugal. 

Your new role: 

The FP&A Analyst will be responsible for providing reporting, data consolidation and analytical support across the month end cycle. The role will be critical in helping the FP&A team to understand the underlying drivers and performance analysis for the segments to drive growth, profitability, and efficiency across the markets.

Provide reporting, and analytical support on the month end actuals process, including liaising with country finance teams to understand variance analysis across key corporate metrics such as:

o          Expense analysis / Account review;

o          Financial metric variance analysis;

o          Capex review;

o          DSO review;

o          Price vs Inflation review;

o          Walk/productivity analysis;

o          Operational metric analysis;

o          Line of Business review.

Support the FP&A leads to deliver timely month end estimates for the month-end close cycle; sharing best practices in planning, business reporting, KPI, pricing, forecasting, costing, etc; reporting and dashboards; adhoc data consolidation and analysis, as required; weekly revenue updates and pulsing reports; preparing and consolidating Quarterly Business Reviews; support on the forecast process, including liaising with country finance teams to understand variance analysis across key corporate metrics, such as:

o          P&L trend analysis;

o          Risks & Opportunities.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to help build a strong understanding of the segment.

Support regional finance and operational teams to accurately capture and report key finance and operational metrics (Price vs Inflation, Line of Business allocations, Digital Retail Solutions, ATM Managed Services, Profitability Walks). 


What you need to be successful: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; 
  • 2/3 years of experience in the scope mentioned above;
  • Excel Skills advanced; 
  • English fluent and other language is an add value.
