We are seeking a dynamic and driven Founders Associate to play a key role in expanding our reach and impact within the Portuguese-speaking market. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our leadership team, contribute directly to our growth strategy, and make a significant impact in a fast-paced, international environment.

IMPORTANT: Excellent English skills (C1) and native or fluent Portuguese (C1/C2) are REQUIRED.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the founding team to drive growth strategies in the Portuguese-speaking market.
• Identify and execute strategic opportunities for market expansion and user acquisition.
• Lead key growth initiatives and projects, taking ownership from start to finish.
• Build and manage relationships with partners and stakeholders.
• Utilize strong networking to find opportunities and connections.

What We Are Looking For:

• Proactive and driven individual with a strong growth mindset.
• Proven experience in leadership or impactful project management OR experience in a startup environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent Portuguese (C1/C2) and excellent English (C1).
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
