Role Description

This is an on-site internship position based in Lisboa for the role of Founder's Associate. The Founder's Associate will work closely with the company's leadership team, contributing to strategic decision-making, project management, and business operations. Responsibilities include conducting research, developing reports, supporting marketing initiatives, coordinating cross-functional projects, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role offers the opportunity to gain significant exposure to the inner workings of an innovative, fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Basic knowledge of marketing concepts and digital tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools
• Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and take initiative
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• Interest or background in AI, technology, or startup environments is a plus
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant field of study such as Business, Management, Marketing, or a related discipline
