About the Role
At Aviso, we're reimagining the future of Go-To-Market (GTM) with AI and Agents. Our Forward Deployed Consultants (Enterprise CSM) are at the heart of this transformation - the bridge between technology, strategy, and customer growth.
As an FDC, you are not a traditional CSM, implementer, or support specialist. You are a strategic consultant, value creator, and growth driver. You live within your customer's world - understanding their people, processes, and technologies - and help them unlock exponential value with Aviso.
This role is built for those who can combine consultative sales, deep technical and GTM knowledge, and strategic relationship building to 3x account growth in 12-24 months.
What You'll Do
- Drive Strategic Growth: Own revenue expansion within existing accounts by identifying opportunities, solving GTM challenges, and delivering measurable ROI.
- Act as a Trusted Advisor: Build deep relationships across customer functions - from Sales and RevOps to Marketing and Customer Success - to influence strategy and execution.
- Consult with Insight: Understand and articulate how Aviso's AI and Agent capabilities map to customer use cases across the GTM lifecycle.
- Connect the Dots: Blend your knowledge of CRM, GTM, and AI ecosystems (e.g., Clari, Glean, Zapier, OpenAI, and others) to propose innovative solutions.
- Multi-thread Engagements: Partner with executives, functional leaders, and operators to embed Aviso's technology deeply within the customer organization.
- Collaborate Cross-functionally: Work closely with internal teams (Implementation, Engineering, Enablement, and Support) to deliver value and outcomes.
- Own Quota & Value: Be accountable for account growth and customer success metrics - driving both Aviso's and customers' revenue outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- 6-10 years of experience in Customer Success, Solution Consulting, Strategic Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role in SaaS.
- Strong understanding of CRM and GTM technologies (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, Clari, etc.).
- Exposure to or understanding of AI and Agent-based solutions and their applications in GTM workflows.
- Consultative mindset with the ability to diagnose business challenges and design data-backed, scalable solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to grow enterprise accounts, influence senior stakeholders, and navigate complex organizations.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presence.
- A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys being "forward deployed" - close to customers, solving real business problems.
