The Epic Talent Society is looking for independent facilitators with roots in Portugal and reach across the world.

Here's our honest situation: we're a transformation agency. We help organisations do the hard thing - actually change. We design and run workshops, programs, and strategic interventions that give people permission to speak up, share ideas, and move.

We're good at what we do. And now we want to go further, into markets we haven't touched yet, through people who already belong there.

We grow by trusting our people to be free. Not by controlling them.

So we're not writing a job description. We're extending an invitation to a very specific kind of person.

This is a flexible collaboration model - not full-time employment. Compensation, structure, and involvement are built around you. We discuss all of it directly.
