Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the daily management of the self-operated fleet and accountable for the fleet's daily KPIs.
2. Oversee fleet safety, cost control, and the development of operational standards; establish and maintain a comprehensive control system for the fleet.
3. Handle recruitment, training, and professional skill enhancement for fleet personnel; refine operational procedures within the self-operated system.
4. Define requirements for the fleet management system's capability development and utilize system tools to improve on-site operational efficiency.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above; major in Management or related fields is preferred.
2. 5+ years of fleet management experience; proficient in daily fleet operations and policy formulation.
3. Proficient in office software; capable of making sound operational judgments by integrating data analysis with on-site practices.
4. Highly sensitive to data; able to identify management anomalies through data verification and formulate optimization plans based on findings.
5. Portugal fleet management experience is a plus. Must be able to use English and Portuguese as working languages.
