Aubay Portugal is a multinational French company, in Portugal since 2007. We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto and we are a specialized consultant in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems. We have more than 150 active partners and we operate in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy and transports.

What are we looking for?

• Establishing and managing cloud financial management practices, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization;
• Defining and implementing financial policies and controls for cloud operations;
• Monitoring and reporting on cloud usage, costs, and performance;
• Collaborating with Product teams and technical teams to help them optimize cloud usage without compromising reliability or performance;
• Designing and running a holistic FinOps framework to drive a multi-domain governance, looking at innovation, effective decision processes, efficiency leverage and usage optimization;
• Propagating the best practices in cloud financial management across the Department stakeholders;
• Support FinOps tooling integration (FOCUS, Power BI, AWS/Azure Cost Mgmt tools).

What are we looking for?

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
• Hands-on expertise in Cloud (AWS or Azure) operations and/or financial management, having acquired familiarity with cloud-based architectures, cloud provider tools, financial and systems for budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization;
• Familiarity with cloud billing and cost allocation models (AWS, Azure, SaaS);
• Expertise in IT asset management or cost accounting is a plus.
