Adecco Recruitment is seeking for a Financial Quality Controller (M/F) for our client that is an international group acting in the banking sector

• Harmonisation of financial reporting
• Follow up and act upon queries received from internal and external auditors in relation to the shareholders accounting policies
• Monitor the application of the accounting standards according to IFRS
• Ensure that IFRS and group policy updates are duly applied by the subsidiaries and the SSC
• Validate the IT accounting schemes specifications of all new accounting projects
• Cooperate with the subsidiaries and HQ in efficiency and quality projects
• Manage key projects related to finance, accounting and internal control

Profile

• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Capacity to solve problems, find solutions and alternative approaches
• Ensure projects are well defined, aligned to business goals, well documented and appropriately reported
• Comfortable with working in a unpredictable environment with priorities, scope and tasks changing frequently
• Versatile, able to participate in multiple initiatives out of the formal role scope and address new challenges
• 2 years experience in auditing or accounting (banking is a plus, not a mandatory skill)
• Fluent in English. French is an advantage
• Excellent command of Excel and in manipulating data sets;
• Knowledge of SAP is helpful.
