We are looking for a Financial P&L Controller with:

• Experience in accounting control, including P&L reconciliation, sensitive accounts justification, and alignment with Operations.
• Ability to analyse breaks, assess operational/financial risks, and follow up on discrepancies with timely escalation when required.
• Experience supporting closing processes (pre-closing, closing, post-closing) with clear communication across stakeholders.
• A continuous-improvement mindset to strengthen controls, reduce manual adjustments, and enhance processes and systems.
• Ability to formalize procedures, support onboarding, and contribute to team documentation and training materials.
• Experience participating in finance-systems projects (e.g., general ledger migrations, requirements, testing, controls, post-go-live validation).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Oracle Essbase, compliance tools, and fluent English.

Location: Lisbon

Level of Experience: Mid (3 to 6 years)

Salary Package & Benefits: €1,200 to €2,000 (salary base) + Food Allowance + Flex Benefits
