Support financial reporting, budgeting and performance analysis. Work with international stakeholders to drive business insights.

Description

Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting packages;

Support budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning processes;

Monitor financial performance and identify key business drivers and variances;

Produce management reports and financial analyses to support decision-making;

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting processes;

Work closely with accounting, operations and business teams to improve financial performance;

Support internal and external audit processes;

Contribute to process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives;

Participate in ad hoc projects and strategic business analyses.

Profile

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field;

Previous experience in Financial Controlling, FP&A, Audit or Corporate Finance;

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial reporting tools;

Experience working in an international and matrix environment is valued;

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;

Fluent English; additional languages will be considered a plus;

Proactive, detail-oriented and capable of working autonomously.
