The Group IS&T Department oversees IS&T within Sodexo Group. IS&T spend overall consists of yearly circa 400m€ (opex and capex). Part of the Financial Planning & Analysis team, the IS&T Financial Controller works closely with Head of Global IS&T Finance and Performance, as well as IT Global domain leaders.

You will be responsible for:

  • Accounting: business partner of IT budget owners, accountable for monitoring the progress of IST spend (Run & Build activities including IT projects), investigating variances, involved in setting the charge out structure

  • Reporting

    a. Consolidation of monthly, quarterly and half year reporting worldwide

    b. Preparation of overall comments & analysis

  • Forecasting, Budgeting

    a. Works with HQ budget owners to build their assumptions, and liaises with HQ Controlling team that ensure populating & reporting of figures in I.S.

    b. Analysis of consolidated (worldwide) figures

  • IS&T Governance: The IS&T Controller is the custodian of the Business Case templates.

  • Business review: Involvement in Business review preparation

  • Ad hoc analysis, monitoring of action plan on costs optimisation or other subjects depending on priorities (e.g. shadow IT)

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Master degree in Finance with a strong appetite in Information Systems & Technology area

  • Minimum of 5-6 years of successful experience in Finance

  • Strong computer skills: Excel, PowerPoint, HFM, familiar with SAP

  • Ability to build relationships within the IT domain leads as well as the business

  • Capability to be supervised remotely

  • Fluent in English
