About the Role:

Integrated in Constructel Visabeira Corporate Centre, the Financial Audit Director (M/F) will be responsible for enhancing decision making by ensuring the quality, consistency and reliability of Constructel Visabeira's financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure financial data used in reporting across the organization is accurate, consistent and trustworthy
• Identify, assess and resolve data quality issues in financial systems and reports
• Improve data management processes and quality
• Provide guidance and support to data owners and business users
• Define accounting policies and monitor consistent adoption across Constructel Visabeira Group
• Establish a framework of internal controls for ensuring data integrity and reliability
• Monitor de effectiveness of controls and compliance with corporate policies
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address weaknesses

Key Requirements/Competencies:

• Masters degree in Economics. Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering or similar, with solid financial background
• Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in a similar role or as Audit Manager (in-house or as a business consultant)
• Ability to communicate complicated processes effectively & in a solution-oriented manner
• Results oriented, influential and also an empathetic listener with the ability to build strong relationships in a matrixed and participative environment
• Solid leadership skills
• Experience overseeing cross-functional and international teams is preferred
• Knowledge of SAP
• Oral and written fluency in English and Portuguese language
• Availability to travel
