About the Role
Inserted into the finance department, this professional will be responsible for the administrative side of the department.
Responsibilities
- Issuing Receipts and Invoices
- Making Payment Requests
- Posting Supplier Invoices
- Managing the email inbox
- Ensuring compliance with the company's financial administrative procedures;
- Posting Accounting Transactions (Suppliers and Customers)
- Recording and Reporting expenses related to trips abroad;
- Assisting in the preparation of documents for auditing and accounting
- Organizing and archiving legal, administrative and financial documents, both digital and physical;
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Required Skills Preferred
- Planning and organization
- Proficiency in Excel
- ERP Primavera experience
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English (preferred)
