Adecco Permanent Recruitment is hirign a Financial and Accouting Technician for a prestigious international client based in Porto.
Role
Handle administrative requests and queries and support Financial Director.
Compiles budget data and documents based on estimated revenues and expenses and previous budgets;
Organizes documentation for Accountant; Prepares periodically cost statements or reports;
Updates and maintains office policies and procedures;
Submits and reconcile expense report;
Creates and updates records ensuring accuracy and validity of information;
Stay current with all regulations, practices, tax laws and reporting requirements.
Profile
Academical degree in Finance, account or similar areas.
5 years of proven experience in similar functions
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
