We build and power leading media streaming platforms for some of Europe's biggest SVOD/AVOD players (M6+, Videoland, RTL+ ), dealing with 45+ millions of users.

Bedrock is seeking a Financial & Project Manager. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to work directly with the CFO and CEO, supporting strategic decision-making, financial planning, and cross-functional project coordination.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

As Financial & Project Manager you will:

Financial Planning & Performance Analysis

• Collect and analyze data to support the development and refinement of the company's financial model.
• Prepare and update the Business Plan, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with the CFO and business teams to forecast budgets and track financial performance.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and support special projects, including audits and research tax credits (ie, CIR).

Project Coordination & Executive Support

• Coordinate key executive meetings (steering committees, strategic workshops, etc.), including preparing agendas, tracking action items, and following up on deliverables.
• Develop and maintain strategic documents, including Board reports, shareholder presentations, and company performance updates.
• Structure and track weekly management meetings to ensure visibility on key initiatives and progress toward goals.
• Assist in preparing the CEO for external events (industry panels, strategic presentations), including creating customized presentations and briefing materials.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Master's degree in finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Up to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a audit firm, consulting firm, or large international company.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling (macros a plus).
• Advanced skills in google slide, with experience creating clear, impactful presentations for executive audiences.
• Experience working with C-level executives and managing cross-functional projects.
• Strong understanding of business strategy, financial performance analysis, and corporate governance.
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills - able to translate complex data into clear insights.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

The ideal candidate will combine strong financial analysis skills with the ability to manage executive-level projects and contribute to the company's long-term strategy.
