Description

• Lead the governance and continuous improvement of Finance master data and financial structures.
• Oversee key data areas such as Chart of Accounts, Profit Centers, Cost Centers and Internal Orders.
• Define standards, controls and governance principles to ensure accurate and consistent financial data.
• Simplify and harmonise Finance master data processes across the organisation.
• Drive data quality, cleansing and optimisation initiatives.
• Support SAP S/4HANA, SAP MDG and SAP FI/CO transformation programmes.
• Translate Finance requirements into scalable solutions in collaboration with Technology teams.
• Lead Finance master data projects related to reporting, process improvement and digitalisation.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Reporting, Technology and Operations.
• Lead and develop the teams responsible for Finance Primary Data.

Profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related area.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Finance, SAP FI/CO, Finance Master Data or Finance Transformation.
• Strong experience managing financial master data and structures, particularly Chart of Accounts, Profit Centers and Cost Centers.
• Solid knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP FI/CO and ideally SAP MDG.
• Good understanding of Accounting, Controlling and Financial Reporting processes.
• Previous experience leading teams, global projects or transformation initiatives.
• Ability to manage complex international stakeholder environments.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
• Fluent English.
