Profile

• +8 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Controlling or Financial Governance roles.
• Strong understanding of financial master data, reporting structures and financial processes.
• Proven leadership experience managing senior and high-performing teams.
• Experience working in multinational, corporate or shared services environments is highly valued.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge when necessary.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
• Experience supporting large-scale Finance transformation initiatives.
• Working knowledge of SAP, particularly within Finance environments.
