As part of our growth, we are looking for a Financial Manager to join our team and take responsibility for the financial, corporate, and HR functions of the management company.

The Financial Manager will oversee all financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate financial planning, reporting, and control. This role will also include responsibilities related to corporate governance and human resources within the management company, ensuring compliance, efficient processes, and organizational development.

Description

Financial Management:

  • Oversee all accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting activities.
  • Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Manage cash flow and monitor the financial health of the organization.
  • Develop and manage financial models to support real estate project evaluations and business decisions.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Lead the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.

Corporate Affairs:

  • Support the preparation and management of shareholder meetings, board resolutions, and corporate records.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements of the management company.
  • Liaise with legal and corporate service providers as needed.
  • Manage reporting obligations to investors and stakeholders.

Human Resources (HR):

  • Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field (Master's degree or MBA is a plus).
  • At least 7 years of experience in a financial management role, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
  • Solid knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and tax regulations.
  • Experience in corporate governance and HR management is highly valued.
  • Proficient in financial software and MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English
