• Reporting to the General Manager, would be responsible for manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, taxes prices, financial reporting and financial incentives.

Description

• Lead a department of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to the people;
• Calculate the price and costing for automotive industry including full project margin evaluation;
• Implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
• Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement;
• Collaborate with other departments to support business initiatives and drive operational efficiency;
• Participate in the development of the company's strategic vision and long-term planning efforts;
• Propose and implement local solutions to address specific business challenges and opportunities;
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial reports, presentations, and analysis for management and stakeholders.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar;
• Previous experience as Finance Manager;
• Fluency in English;
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve results;
• Proven track record of driving financial performance and implementing process improvements;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail;
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization;
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; advanced Excel skills preferred;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
