We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee and streamline financial operations across multiple regions, including Dubai, Lisbon, and other jurisdictions. This multifaceted role involves managing liquidity, bank relationships, compliance, and statutory accounts while ensuring smooth execution of client and supplier payments.
Description
- Preparing weekly liquidity reports, managing bank balances, and optimizing deposits.
- Supervising payments, receivables, and payables, including client requests, supplier invoices, and broker commissions.
- Monitoring project trackers, analyzing sales and marketing costs, and managing rent payments/receivables.
- Overseeing cashbooks, intercompany balances, payroll, and insurance.
- Leading statutory accounts preparation, audits, and tax compliance (including VAT).
- Developing cash flow forecasts, managing financial trackers, and ensuring timely reporting to stakeholders.
- Acting as a liaison between finance and operations, addressing ad-hoc queries and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
Profile
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management or similar areas.
- Certified accountant.
- Deep knowledge of the tax landscape, including VAT and corporate tax compliance.
- Proven experience in the real estate and/or construction sector.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage cross-border operations and compliance.
- Hands-on approach, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
- Fluent English
