Multinational industrial company is looking for a Finance Manager, with industrial background, to join the team.

Description

• Manage the financial department, including accounting, treasury and budget control
• Review and analyze the financial results, using them to support the decision-making process
• Collaborate with the CFO to shape the company's financial strategy
• Oversee the development of the annual budget, working closely with the local leadership team
• Supervise cash management and investments, according to the Group's practices
• Ensure the implementation and continuous improvement of financial procedures and internal controls

Profile

• Higher education in Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Over 8 years of experience in financial roles, including team management in financial departments
• Background in an industrial context
• Extensive cross-functional knowledge of finance - accounting, controlling, treasury, and reporting
• Strong team management and communication skills
• Excellent analytical abilities with a strong solution-oriented approach
• Fluent in English
