Multinational industrial group is looking for a Finance Director to manage the financial team, with a strong business oriented attitude.

Description

• Oversees and coordinates the financial department
• Prepares financial reports for the group
• Ensures timely submission of tax reports
• Develops and oversees the company's budgeting process
• Assists in preparing the investment plan (CAPEX)
• Serves as the primary liaison with banks, insurance providers, and other relevant institutions, including central and local tax authorities
• Shares responsibility for the company's daily operations
• Establishes and enforces internal control procedures
• Identifies and reports risks and internal control deficiencies to management
• Provides support to management and shareholders in strategic decision-making
• Oversees financial operations for the company
• Plans and manages financial resources efficiently
• Acts as the company's representative in dealings with financial auditors and management consultants involved in projects within its scope

Profile

• Degree in Finance, Management, Accounting, Finance or similar
• 5-7 years experience as a Finance Director, in multinational industrial companies
• Experience in managing financial forecasting and budgeting processes, overseeing the preparation of all monthly financial reports and budget performance
• Development and implementation of management systems and ERPs for accounting and management control, ensuring proper deployment
• Excellent reporting skills, with experience in preparing reports for committees and/or boards of directors
• Fluent Portuguese and English speaker
• Maturity and integrity, capable of taking initiative and making sound decisions
• Strong communicator who confidently defends ideas while fostering collaboration and teamwork
