Leading company in its sector, is looking for a Finance Director, who is also a Certified Accountant, to join the team. You will be responsible for the set up of financial procedures, reporting to the Group.

Description

• Accounting and Financial Management: Design, implement, and oversee accounting standards, manage ERP systems, ensure accurate allocation of accounting entries, prepare financial reports, annual accounts, and coordinate audits. Monitor financial performance (e.g., revenue, costs, EBITDA, EBIT), oversee tax compliance, and manage VAT, corporate tax, and other filings

• Treasury and Financing: Ensure compliance with financial covenants, manage cash flow and working capital, maintain relationships with lenders, assess refinancing opportunities, and monitor financial markets and regulations

• Planning and Evaluation: Oversee budgeting cycles, develop and update business plans, and ensure timely delivery of financial reports. Drive strategic changes and innovations to improve customer and shareholder value

Profile

• Degree in Management, Accounting, Finance or similar
• 7 years experience as a Finance Director, preferably in multinational companies
• Experience in managing financial forecasting and budgeting processes, overseeing the preparation of all monthly financial reports and budget performance
• Development and implementation of administrative management systems and ERPs for accounting and management control, ensuring proper deployment
• Excellent reporting skills, with experience in preparing reports for committees and/or boards of directors
• Experience in project financing
• Expertise in concession projects and PPPs (Public-Private Partnerships).
• Involvement in corporate restructuring, divestments, mergers, and structural changes in companies
• Long-term business and financial planning, with experience in financial modeling for long-term evaluations
