Seeking a candidate for a Finance Controller role in the Finance team based in our Lisbon office. The candidate will work closely with the company's Finance team, headquartered in Madrid, and will report to the Finance Manager (Portugal).

Description

Produce monthly information on liquidity levels / cash rec of all PT entities.

Supervise the performance of all PT entities.

Produce/compile the monthly information required by the external accountants to produce the monthly accounting close of the different SPVs.

In charge of the control of SPVs monthly accounting , taxes and administration (review accounting information produced).

Update and monitor the budget for the PT entities.

Produce the monthly /quarterly information required by the servicers and noteholders of the STC.

Control received invoices from suppliers.

Process payments of monthly invoices.

Assist the team with the external audit the PT entities.

Assist on the production of reporting information required by local Regulators (CMVM and BdP).

Reconciliation of intercompany balances.

Assistance with administrative work for the Portuguese office.

Profile

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Accounting.

Minimum 3 years of work experience in similar roles.

Understanding of financial reporting and consolidation processes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Full proficiency in English.
