Our client is a Multinational Company who´s currently looking for a Finance Back Office Associate.

Description

Responsibilities:

• Enter customer contracts into the ERP system and invoice them
• Monitor the validation of invoicing data by employees;
• Enter cash receipts into ERP;
• Follow-up and control of invoicing and work in progress;

• Carry out and monitor supplier listing in ERP;
• Entering purchase orders into ERP and transmitting them;
• Follow-up of order receipts in the system and reminders to the various parties involved;
• Collect invoices (platforms, e-mail, paper...) and enter them into the ERP system, reconciling them with the purchase order;
• Administration, control and monitoring of expense claim processes;
• Preparation of payment campaigns.

Profile

Profile required:

You have a higher education in business and administration management and at least 3 years' experience in a management or accounting department.

Languages :

• Mandatory: English, both spoken and written.
• French is a plus.
