We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join the team as the Manager of Finance & Control. The successful candidate will report directly to the Group CFO and will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing a team,contributing to the implementation of local procedures.

Description

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, consolidation and financial reporting.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure departmental goals are met.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to support business initiatives and drive operational efficiency.
• Participate in the development of the company's strategic vision and long-term planning efforts.
• Propose and implement local solutions to address specific business challenges and opportunities.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial reports, presentations, and analysis for management and stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Progressive experience in finance, accounting, or related roles, with experience in a team management position.
• Background in BIG4 companies is valued.
• Being a Certified Accountant is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve results.
• Proven track record of driving financial performance and implementing process improvements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; advanced Excel skills preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
