• This role is a strategic finance position within a leading CDMO, focused on financial planning, forecasting, and data analytics to support business performance.

• The Finance Analyst will leverage Power BI and financial insights to drive decision-making, optimize costs, and improve reporting processes - reporting to the Finance Director.

Description

Financial Planning & Forecasting:

• Support the organization and consolidation of forecasts for the three BIO units, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.
• Assist in month-end closing activities, providing key financial insights and variance analysis.

Data Analytics & Reporting:

• Monitor and analyze financial KPIs, ensuring timely reporting and actionable insights.
• Utilize Power BI to track and visualize key financial and operational metrics, supporting data-driven decision-making.

Project & Cost Control:

• Manage time entries and track project progress, ensuring alignment with financial planning and budget control.
• Provide critical financial analysis to optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency.

Process Improvement & Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting structures.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and initiatives to drive business performance and strategic growth.

Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in Controlling, Financial Analysis, or Audit (Big4 experience is a plus).
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data and financial modeling.
• Proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel skills.
• Critical thinker with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
• Proactive and collaborative attitude, eager to challenge and improve existing processes.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
