Description

A Successful Finance & Administration Specialist (Source-to-Pay) will need to:

• Manage the source-to-pay process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Oversee vendor management and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Handle invoice processing, payment approvals, and reconciliation activities.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal control standards.
• Prepare regular financial reports and analyses for management review.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Support the Accounting & Finance department with administrative tasks as required.

Profile

A successful Finance & Administration Specialist (Source-to-Pay) should have:

• Proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of source-to-pay processes and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in using financial software and tools.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
