We are looking for a hands-on Finance & Accounting Specialist to support day-to-day financial operations.

This role is ideal for someone practical, organised, and ready to take ownership of essential financial processes.

Description

• Posting and managing customer and supplier invoices.
• Preparing and processing payments.
• Handling employee expense reports and company card transactions.
• Monitoring and regularly reporting on cash flow.
• Maintaining ongoing communication with the external accounting firm.
• Supporting month-end processes and preparing financial documentation.
• Developing and presenting proposals to improve financial procedures.

Profile

• Practical 5-8 years' experience in finance and accounting tasks.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.
• Hands on approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple administrative and financial tasks.
• Fluent english speaker.
• Good communication skills and ease in interacting with suppliers, internal teams, and the external accounting firm.
• Proficiency with financial management tools and Excel.
