Right now, we are looking for a Field Technician to integrate our internal team, based in Porto.

Your responsibilities include:

• Experience of working with ITSM tools, whether for opening INs and RQs and/or managing multiple players in escalation processes;
• Computer skills in Windows and Unix/Linux environments (highly valued);
• Support for users and workstations;
• Knowledge of AD, GPO, O365, Exchange, Firewall, VPN;
• Software installations, updates and optimizations;
• Installation of Windows, Linux and MacOS systems;
• Knowledge of structured networks, TCP/IP;
• Knowledge of printing support;
• Security principles.

You must have:

• 12th grade academic level in IT as minimum requirement (plus);
• At least 3 years experience in a similar role;
• Knowledge of computer support and networks;
• Fluent English.
