Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting a F&B Supervisor dedicate to Room Service.

Reporting to the F&B Outlets Manager, the role will cover any tasks related to the F&B service.

  • This is full-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off.

Here, you will find an authentic and modern team that aims at crafting unique experiences that connect our guests with Milanese heritage in a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.

What you’ll do:

  • Supervise all Room Service (In-Room Dining) operations ensuring timely, accurate and discreet delivery of orders.
  • Coordinate with the culinary team to guarantee food quality, correct plating and punctual dispatch of room service items.
  • Ensure trays, amenities and in-room dining set-ups meet luxury brand standards 
  • Oversee the collection of trays from guestrooms and floors to maintain cleanliness and efficiency.
  • Handle guest requests, preferences and complaints, ensuring a personalized and high-quality experience.
  • Monitor order-taking procedures, ensuring accuracy, clarity and proper upselling.

Team Management

  • Supervise, motivate and support the Room Service and Meeting Room team during the shift.
  • Organize daily task assignments and ensure team members follow standards and operational procedures.
  • Coach and train staff on service excellence, guest interaction, privacy, etiquette and brand standards.
  • Provide performance feedback and support onboarding of new team members.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative and service-oriented working environment.

Meeting rooms & Events support

  • Manage the setup of meeting rooms for events, ensuring layouts, equipment and F&B requirements meet client expectations and brand standards.
  • Coordinate with Events, Banqueting and AV teams to ensure smooth execution of meetings and functions.
  • Oversee refreshment breaks, coffee stations, lunch breaks and timely room resets.
  • Ensure cleanliness, readiness and maintenance of all meeting spaces.

Amenities 

  • Coordinate the preparation, delivery and presentation of amenities, special setups and in-room welcome experiences.
  • Ensure accuracy of amenity lists, timing of deliveries, and alignment with guest profiles and preferences.

Operational responsibilities

  • Ensure daily checklists and task assignments are completed effectively.
  • Ensure Room Service and meeting areas are fully set up, stocked and ready for service.
  • Order and restock inventory, and maintain accurate records in the purchasing system.
  • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures, brand guidelines, health & safety and hygiene standards.
  • Conduct shift briefings and liaise with culinary and events teams to ensure alignment.

What you’ll need:

  • Strong passion for luxury hospitality and personalized guest service.
  • Previous experience in F&B operations, ideally in Room Service or Banqueting/Events
  • Strong communication skills and a warm, guest-focused attitude.
  • A warm, people-oriented demeanor and a team-player attitude.
  • At least intermediate knowledge of Italian and English.
  • A safety-first approach.
  • Positive outlook and dependability.
  • Flexibility in work schedule, including weekends, evenings and shifts.
