Mission

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced F&B Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Food and Beverage (F&B) department. The F&B Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional service delivery in all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and operational skills, along with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.


Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies and procedures to maximize efficiency, quality, and profitability in all F&B outlets.
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, as well as local regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of F&B outlets to assess cleanliness, service quality, and adherence to standards.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize resource utilization.


Staff Management:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise a high-performing team of F&B staff, including servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff.
  • Set performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professional growth, and exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage based on business demands.


Menu Planning and Development:

  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menus that cater to customer preferences and seasonal trends.
  • Oversee food and beverage costing, pricing, and profitability analysis to maximize revenue and control costs.
  • Ensure menu items are consistently prepared and presented according to established standards.
  • Monitor customer feedback and adjust menus as necessary to enhance guest satisfaction.


Guest Relations:

  • Foster a guest-centric culture throughout the F&B department, encouraging staff to provide exceptional service.
  • Handle guest complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to the guests' satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong relationships with regular guests, ensuring personalized service and anticipating their needs.
  • Seek opportunities for upselling and promoting special events, offers, or promotions.


Financial Management:

  • Prepare and manage the annual F&B budget, monitoring expenses, and revenue performance.
  • Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize waste, spoilage, and theft.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate billing, invoicing, and financial reconciliations.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an F&B Operations Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of F&B operations, including restaurant management, bar service, banquets, and room service.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting and cost control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using hospitality software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
