Our client is seeking a talented Experienced ServiceNow Technical Developer to become part of their Center of Excellence. Locations Lisbon, Porto, Braga

Work Mode Hybrid (2-3 days in the office)

Direct contract with the end client

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively engage in technology-driven projects focused on enhancing operations via the ServiceNow platform.
  • Plan, execute, and coordinate activities independently, including guiding junior team members in delivering project outputs using an Agile approach.
  • Manage daily client interactions, transforming business requirements into high-quality, scalable solutions.
  • Share knowledge within the team, supporting junior members development.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of project documentation and provide technical support to national and international clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
  • 3 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and development (3 or more full project rollouts).
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum project management methodologies.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (preferential).
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in at least two of the following areas ITSM, Discovery, SPM, HRSD, CSM, SAM, HAM (preferential).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (spoken and written).
