We are seeking an experienced manager to lead and guide a consulting practice in shaping breakthrough customer experiences and driving transformation for the clients.
Description
· Lead and grow the team, creating a high-performing group of designers, strategists, and innovators.
· Foster a culture of creativity, curiosity, and design excellence within practice.
· Serve as a strategic advisor to C-suite and senior client stakeholders.
· Translate complex customer insights, technology trends, and business challenges into clear, actionable experience strategies.
· Guide clients through transformation programs involving digital initiatives.
· Bring forward insights on emerging trends from cloud and AI to social ecosystems.
· Support business development by shaping proposals, leading pitches, and articulating compelling visions for clients.
Profile
· Bachelor's or master's degree in graphic design, Communication, Innovation, UX/UI Design, or a related field.
· 7+ years of experience in consulting, customer experience, innovation strategy, service design, or digital transformation.
· Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams, preferably in a consulting or agency environment.
· Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and communicate confidently in high-stakes settings.
· Strong grounding in customer-centric design, CRM, cloud computing, digital platforms, and social media ecosystems.
