Your Role
As a senior member of our Executive Search practice, you will lead high-impact search mandates for senior leadership and C-suite roles across multiple sectors, acting as a strategic advisor to clients and candidates alike.
You will:
- Lead complex, confidential, end-to-end Executive Search assignments, partnering closely with boards, CEOs and senior leadership teams.
- Build long-term, trusted relationships with senior executives, positioning yourself as a credible advisor on leadership, succession and market dynamics.
- Drive business growth through the origination and development of strategic client partnerships, strengthening Hays’ position as a leading Executive Search firm.
- Represent Hays at senior forums and engage in international, cross-border searches and strategic initiatives, leveraging our global reach and expertise.

What you’ll bring
- Significant, proven experience in Executive Search and/or high-level specialized consultancy.
- Strong commercial and strategic acumen, with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder engagements at senior level.
- Exceptional influencing, communication and relationship-building skills with C-suite and board-level stakeholders.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (additional languages are a strong advantage).
- An ambitious, intellectually curious mindset, with genuine passion for people, leadership and market insight.
