Our client is a Pharmaceutical company looking to hire an Executive Assistant to support the General Manager and the Leadership team until August during the maternity leave of the current EA.
Description
Reporting to the General Manager your main responsibilities will be:
Support the General manager, according to the business goals, challenges and opportunities.
Execute the internal communications plan actions and work with the Communications team to update where necessary (online and offline, including social media, website, intranet, etc.).
Strong interaction with the Leadership Team, including preparing meeting agenda, attending meetings and capturing minutes, actions and decisions.
File the monthly expenses report of the GM on time.
Consolidate presentations if necessary.
Events Management: coordinate logistics including travel, hotel, agenda, activities etc.) for internal meetings with the support from other stakeholders such as event agency, procurement etc.
Support specific administrative processes such as updating KPI dashboards, register new insulin pumps to health authorities and send returned products to the company's Complain Investigation Lab.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
BA Degree in relevant areas;
At least 5 years of experience working as EA for Senior Leaders;
Fluency in English (this is mandatory);
Availability to start working immediately;
Experience working in fast-paced environments, managing different priorities and tasks at the same time;
Capability to work autonomously;
Availability to work from the office a couple of days a week or whenever is needed;
Strong communication skills both written and orally.
